Our family is so excited about the arrival of my nephew Tyler on January 3!

Anticipating his arrival, I sewed a baby quilt from upholstery samples and mailed it to Scotland. The backing is soft flannel with a dinosaur pattern from Nora’s dinosaur birthday party many years ago.

I told my brother & sister-in-law that this quilt is made for catching baby messes – so throw it in the wash!
